Refund & Cancellation

  1. In case of cancellation of the ticket by the passenger after booking, Aerotrans shall not be liable to pay any refund to the passenger.
  2. If case of cancellation of the joyride by the company on account of reasons beyond its control such as ATC clearance, weather conditions, dignitary /VVIP visits and other factors, such bookings shall be cancelled by AeroTrans, and the passenger shall be extended a full refund of the booking amount in 7 business days.
  3. All Passengers shall report 30 minutes prior to the estimated departure time at the Helipad for Tent City at White Desert, Ratadiya, Gujarat - 370510, with a valid original government ID proof. Entry will not be permitted without Hard copy of ID proof and the booking confirmation received to your email ID for all passengers. In case a Passengers does not carry original Government ID proof it shall be as NO SHOW and the passengers will not entitled to any refund.
  4. Aerotrans must be notified in writing at the time of booking of any medical conditions- physical or mental, which may affect the passenger during flight. Failure to notify Aerotrans may result in the passenger being refused of the joyride. Failure to notify any such conditions shall result in cancellation of the ticket and Aerotrans shall not be liable for any kind of compensation to the passenger in the nature of refund.
  5. Before boarding on the flight, every passenger shall be tested for fever. If the passenger is tested at 100ºF or above then the passenger shall not be permitted to board the helicopter for everyone’s safety. In this case, Aerotrans shall not be liable to pay any refund amount or any type of compensation to the passenger.
